ElderLink is now open for consultations, and in person member sign-ups. Located at 4/72 Market Street, our team is ready to meet with you in person to discuss your individual needs and offer support to help mitigate some of the negative consequences of the growing costs of day-to-day living. Whether you're looking for help navigating complex forms (such as MSD paperwork), assistance with accessing essential resources, or simply a safe space to talk, ElderLink is here for you.

Our organisation provides a variety of services designed to support older adults in the community, including food support and frequent in-person welfare checks through our police-vetted volunteers. These welfare checks offer a vital sense of security, especially for those living alone or rurally, and provide peace of mind to both individuals and their families.

If you or someone you know would benefit from this service, we are more than happy to assist. We also encourage family members who are concerned for the wellbeing of a parent, grandparent, or loved one to contact us. We are happy to offer support to families and can work with them to ensure their loved ones are receiving the care and attention they need.

Becoming a member of ElderLink is simple and free. All you need to do is visit us at 4/72 Market Street, and our friendly team will be ready to talk with you about how we can assist you. We also welcome referrals from organisations such as Work and Income, healthcare providers, and other community agencies. If you know someone who would benefit from our services, or if you're a professional working with someone in need, we invite you to reach out to us as well.

Look forward to meeting you over a cuppa!
